Qualitative Analysis

MODULE 3

 The goal of qualitative analysis is to identify potential risks to the project, the probability they may occur, and the impact they may have. At this stage, the probabilities and impacts are subjective; however, this subjectivity may be mitigated by defining agreed upon thresholds in the probability/impact matrix.
